The exhibition area is located at the Vasco Nunez de Balboa at the El Panama Hotel and Convention Center, the room adjacent to the Conferences. We will have a total of around 40 booth spaces available to showcase your products and services. The selection is on a first come, first pay basis. Since there is limited space, we urge you to acquire your booth early. At ICCEA 2015, we turned down several last minute exhibitor’s due to running out of booth space. Do not get left out at ICCEA 2017. Reserve your booth early!
Exhibition Booth and basic equipment
The Exhibitor booth includes a space of 2×3 square meters and up to 2.4 meters in height. The booth includes demarcation, basic gypsum walls, lights, a cocktail table with two chairs, a trash can and a basic name sign on the top front of the booth. All extras will have to be purchased by the Exhibitor.
Due to the limited number of booths available, in order to reserve a space of your choosing, you need to fill out the reservation form and submit the payment on a first come – first pay basis.
EXHIBITION REGISTRATION
The exhibit area will be adjacent to the Speakers Conference location. All Attendees will pass right through the Exhibition area to attend the Conferences. Each 2×3 meter booth costs $1,990. Each confirmed exhibitor will receive two (2) complimentary Conference passes for each booth purchased. Additional Conference Passes are available for $400.00 each.
